CANCELLATION POLICY

*Booking Online / Card on File All appointments must be made online so a card can be kept on file to be charged if you do not cancel or reschedule according to my policies. If you choose to book via telephone, please be ready to give your card information. A deposit is required to book an appointment, but it does go towards your service. *Cancellations Appointments require a 12-hour notice of cancellation. Your deposit will be kept as a cancelation fee if canceled with less than 12 hours' notice. Cancellation fees are non-refundable. *No Shows A no-call/no-show will be charged your deposit Any client who is charged a fee and provides an invalid debit/credit card will be banned from booking any future appointments. No-show fees are non-refundable. *Running Late Please call or text should you anticipate a late arrival. To prevent delays in other patients' scheduled times, appointments will be automatically canceled and charged a late cancellation fee should you arrive 15 or more minutes late without informing your Aesthetician of your anticipated arrival time This will be considered a no-show or late cancellation, and your deposit will be used as a fee. If you rebook and receive your service for the same day or within 5 days, your deposit will not be taken as a fee. As long as you called ahead and this option was agreed upon Please note that not all late arrivals can be accommodated, even with prior notification. *Young Children I love kids! I have 3! However, for a safe experience, young children must be accompanied by another adult during your appointment. Should your child become disruptive, you will be asked to reschedule, and a non-refundable late cancellation fee will be charged. *Refunds for Products/ Services Performed Charges for services provided, products, cancellation fees, and no-show fees are non-refundable.
